Repeat Prescriptions

We can provide repeat prescriptions for patients without a consultation only if you have you have seen the doctor in the last 3 - 6 months or if the doctor has approved this for special circumstances.

Patients needing this service should call 07 847 8425 and speak to a nurse to make their request, or they can leave a written request at reception with the name of the medication that they need or you can make request use Manage My Health   

 

We require 48 hours’ notice to complete a prescription, otherwise can request an urgent/same day prescription for an additional fee.

Prescriptions can be collected from reception at our clinic, or they can be faxed to your pharmacy of choice for a small additional fee.
